Reformer Pilates

Resistance-based movement using a Reformer machine, ideal for posture, strength, and low-impact precision. Reformer Pilates is a bolt-on upgrade available to members with class access.

Mat Pilates

Classic core-focused movement performed on the floor using bodyweight and props. Great for flexibility, stability, and foundational strength. Mat Pilates are included in all memberships with class access.
