I believe training shouldn’t feel like just another chore on your to do list. In our fast paced city life, working out should be time you prioritise yourself and an experience that adds energy to your day rather than taking it away.
With over seven years of experience and a lifelong passion for movement, I help my clients bridge the gap between pushing their limits and listening to their bodies. My goal is to help you train in a way that builds lasting strength and mental clarity without ever contributing to burnout.


Expertise
My approach is deeply rooted in the science of human
movement. With a background in Sports Science and a
Master’s in Sports Therapy, I view the body through a lens of longevity and resilience. I’ve spent years working with a
diverse range of clients, from everyday fitness enthusiasts to competitive athletes. Whether I’m helping an athlete return to the field after an injury or supporting a client in building body confidence, my focus is always on how the body moves, adapts, and recovers.
As a qualified Yoga Teacher and self-proclaimed biohacking
queen, I provide every client with a personalised nervous
system reset and supplement protocol, cutting out the noise (and handfuls of tablets) to optimise your internal chemistry.

The validity of your Student ID card must coincide with the dates of membership purchase.

** All gym users must be a minimum of 15 years of age. Anyone below the age of 15 will not be permitted access to Instagym Limited due to health and safety concerns. For both Family and Family + Memberships a child can be added provided they are between the ages of 15 and up until the day prior to their 18th birthday. ID will be required with proof of age upon visiting Instagym Limited for the first time in order to grant and activate access. Failure to present ID documenting an age within the set parameters above will mean entry is prohibited until you are able to do so. Instagym cannot issue refunds for loss of usage that arise due to the failure of presenting sufficient ID so please ensure that you have access to this when purchasing this membership option and when visiting the Instagym for the first time.
