Cristina is here to show you the magical benefits of Yoga.
She started her Yoga journey after an encounter with adversity (she had a horrible accident, a car hit her whilst cycling, she was stuck in bed unable to move for a few months.
And through Yoga she managed to heal herself. Body and mind.
As someone who also struggles with ADHD, she’s found that practicing Yoga and Meditation regularly significantly helps in dealing with its symptoms: enhancing focus, reducing impulsivity, and promoting a sense of calm, making it easier to navigate daily tasks and challenges.
So she’s teaching Yoga to share what it did for her: improving her health and balance.
She absolutely loves bringing a bit of that healing MAGICK to her students, helping them discover true inner peace and their healthiest selves.
She also works on chakra balancing through her classes, as she is a student and practitioner of holistic therapies, using crystals, essential oils, and sound healing.
