Andrzej Zawadzki

Andrzej spends his days in the city grind and his nights and weekends guiding clients like a fitness-sidekick-turned-super-hero. Remarkably, he only took up dedicated strength training in the post-COVID era—yet in that short time this 37-year-old dad has chalked up personal bests of 155 kg on the bench, 215 kg in the squat, and 260 kg on the deadlift. He understands what it means to start (or restart) from scratch while juggling real-world demands.

Since 2016 he’s been firing up studio bikes with energy-packed spin sessions; since 2019 he’s been helping students find deeper range and calm strength through yoga. Add a love of mobility, functional movement, and a smart bodybuilding approach, and you get a coach who can help you drop fat, build muscle, and move better—fast.

Andrzej’s philosophy is simple: progress in every setting. More wattage on the bike, more range on the mat, more weight or reps on the gym floor—each session nudges the needle forward. If you’re willing to sweat, commit, and chase tangible improvements, he’ll be your biggest fan.

** All gym users must be a minimum of 15 years of age. Anyone below the age of 15 will not be permitted access to Instagym Limited due to health and safety concerns. For both Family and Family + Memberships a child can be added provided they are between the ages of 15 and up until the day prior to their 18th birthday. ID will be required with proof of age upon visiting Instagym Limited for the first time in order to grant and activate access.
